APEC Women Connect Virtual Workshop & The 3^rd Her Power Entrepreneurship Competition Awards Ceremony 2022

To build a digital equality environment and empower women and girls with digital skills, DHGATE Group, APEC Women Connect, and MyyShop will jointly hold the APEC Women Connect Virtual Workshop & the 3rd Her Power Entrepreneurship Competition Awards Ceremony 2022, on 16 December 2022.

This event aims to provide a platform for the government, business sector, academia, non-profit sector, women and girls globally to share and exchange knowledge and best practices in women empowerment, enhancing their digital literacy and social commerce skills, as well as promoting role models.

Therefore, we sincerely invite you to join this virtual event. Speakers from the public and private sectors, including UN Women, International Association of Women, B20, BRICS Women's Business Alliance, Visa, DHGATE Group, and MyyShop, from Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, will share insights and recommendations with you.

Further, please join us at the virtual event to recognize nine winners of the 3rd Her Power Entrepreneurship Competition (Link​). Launched in September 2022, the global campaign attracted more than 500 entrants, including GenZ influencers and college students worldwide. All entrants participated in a one-month challenge by leveraging digital tools in social commerce to reshape international trade. Moreover, it has motivated more young women and girls to realize their entrepreneurial dreams through digital platforms and skills.

Supported by the public and private sectors, including APEC Business Advisory Council, Business 20, and BRICS Women's Business Alliance, the first two competitions successfully reached over 150 million impressions.
